Elliott has 30 years of experience in
investment management, 25 of which are in marketing, client relations,
and strategic and product planning with independent investment advisors,
insurance companies and investment banks. Elliott served on the
Board of Directors of Morgan Grenfell, where he led its highly successful
institutional marketing unit, raising $3 billion from 45 clients.
He also headed marketing for Putnam; HD International, New England
Investment Companies; and Vantage Global Advisors, a subsidiary
of Lincoln National. Elliott founded Caine-Gartner, where he consulted
to large plan sponsors and endowments on investment policy and manager
selection and monitoring. Elliott's first exposure to the investment
management industry was as pension officer for Pfizer, where he
restructured the company's investment portfolio. Prior to starting
Ocotillo Capital, Elliott worked six years with C.P. Eaton Partners
where, as a two-man team with Seth Rosenberg, they raised $2.5 billion
for special equity and hedge fund managers.
Elliott received a B.S. in aeronautical
engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.S.E. from
Princeton University and an M.S.I.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
Elliott is an active member of the Carnegie Mellon GSIA Alumni Association.

With 30 years experience in all aspects
of domestic and international pension fund management, Seth brings
a "client's" perspective to the marketing role. Prior to starting
Ocotillo Capital, Seth worked six years with C.P. Eaton Partners
where, as a two-man team with Elliott Gartner, they raised $2.5
billion for specialty equity and hedge fund managers. Prior to Eaton,
he managed derivative investment portfolios with Cotswold Management
and consulted to pension funds and endowments on the analysis and
use of hedging strategies in the equity, fixed income and currency
markets. Before joining Cotswold, Seth worked for the pension consultancy
firm of Rogers, Casey & Barksdale, where he advised industrial firms
and the very high net worth families in the European market. Seth
was also the manager of Pfizer's pension and savings plan investments
and served as on-site financial consultant to Pfizer's network of
foreign branch and subsidiary retirement programs.
Seth received his M.B.A. from Columbia
University. He is the author of a number of articles on pension
fund financing and the management of risk. Seth is a technical ice
and mountain climber and sea kayaker.
